Would you like to offer a work try-out position?

A work try-out is the TE Office’s employment-promoting service in which a job seeker has the opportunity to familiarise themselves in a new profession in a genuine environment or an employee returning to the labour market can map their personal skills and work ability in a controlled manner. The employer can get to know the job seeker and their skills, and at the same time, the threshold to hire the person is lowered.
